Email goalsandgambles@gmail.com. One person reads that inbox, so allow a few business days for a reply.
It helps a lot if you include:
- Which app: the website, Android, or iPhone.
- What you scanned (a reel, a screenshot, a photo from the camera) and roughly when.
- What you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot of the result is ideal.
You do not need an account
Scanning and shopping work with no sign-up at all, so there is no password to reset and nothing to recover. An account exists only if you bought credits for try-on renders. To delete an account and its credit ledger, email the address above.
A scan found nothing
The detector describes what is actually visible in the frame you handed it. Motion blur, a dark room, a tiny item in the background, or a fast cut are usually why it comes back empty.
- Pause on a clearer moment, where the item is large and in focus, then scan again.
- Check you are in the right mode: clothes, food, tech and handles are four separate questions.
- If you see "This content can't be scanned", our content gate refused that image. Try a different frame.
- "Who is dis?" only reads handles that are already written on the screen. If no handle is displayed, it returns nothing. It does not identify people by their face.
A scan failed
- "Server waking up" means exactly that. Wait a few seconds and retry; the first scan after a quiet period is the slow one.
- Check your connection, then retry. Scans need the network.
- If it keeps failing, email us with the time, the platform, and what you were scanning.
Shopping links are affiliate links
The store links we show are affiliate links (Amazon Associates and, where configured, Sovrn Commerce). We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
We do not sell, stock, or ship anything, and we do not set prices. Orders, payments, shipping, returns and refunds are entirely between you and the store you bought from, so those go to the store's own support, not to us. A price or a product we show can be out of date by the time you tap it.
Privacy and your data
What we process, what we do not, and how to clear it is written out on the privacy policy. Short version: we do no face recognition, your photo stays on your device except when you ask for a render, and we do not store the media you scan.
